Ladies Black Leather Bomber Jacket

With outer wear, some people prefer the completely new and outlandish designs. Today, consumerism has completely changed the world. Our very lives are spent in this crazy competition. It is a competition about having the best clothes, the most current look and carrying the biggest brands. Perhaps on the surface, this all appears very materialistic. But there is a deeper facet to it. Clothes haven’t been mere apparel for generations now. Gradually, consistently, they have become a part of our identity. And the competition is not simply about having the best clothes- it is about being the most creative and expressive. And ladies black leather bomber is a huge contributor in this rivalry.

This brings us to the question; what is so special about them? In fact some might say that for an article that was born off war, they are far too popular. Ladies black leather bomber jacket was not born as a women’s article of clothing. They were strictly military uniform and that too, of men. This outer wear was sturdier and thicker than wool or other common outer wear materials of that time. So World War I was the time period this clothing was invented in. They usually have a zippered front and two front pockets. First made in 1926 by Leslie Irvin, they were supplied to the British Naval Force for World War II. Ladies black leather bomber was not conceived then. The women’s liberation movement and the changing of norms took place in the 50s and 60s- after the Second World War. Ladies black leather bomber jacket have been endorsed by too. Jennifer Aniston, Emma Watson and Michelle Keegan, absolute fashion icons, have been spotted wearing these. But this was not the case half a century ago. They did exist- since the 1920s; but only for men. What were women going to do- wear them on dresses? No. And it is interesting to observe the connection of this particular outer wear style with America’s history. The Wall Street crash, and the subsequent years of the great depression, occurred in 1929 and onwards. The ladies black leather bomber was created far after that but the design for men came in 1929. After all, the 20s are a great period in American history. The economy was in boom. People were earning and spending more than they had ever done. Naturally, the design of ladies black leather bomber jacket was created in this period. This was a decade of energy, enterprise and celebration. The Great Gatsby by Fitzgerald was based on the extravagance of this period. But slowly, women were gaining a stronger foothold in the society. Little by little, the word was moving towards a more feminist outlook. Practices and norms were changing; so was the clothing.

The ladies black leather bomber have a cropped length, roomy sleeves, fitted cuffs and waistband to give structure to an otherwise over sized item, and unformatted shoulders. These qualities give them a classic look while making them very comfortable. Wear skinny jeans and the ladies black leather bomber jacket and you will look classy and chic. A picture of Einstein in 1938 in Princeton shows him attired in this very outer wear. And he was a genius.
